Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and filing patent or trademark applications, maintaining accurate databases and documentation regarding the status of applications, trademark renewal work, and client and foreign associate communications. Will be familiar with domestic and international patent and trademark laws, procedures, and have knowledge of foreign filing requirements. Must have 2 years of relevant experience. Must be a detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and able to work independently. Must have excellent writing and organizational skills, as well as communication and computer skills, are needed.
