Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Duties: Drafting pleadings, summarizing records, responding to and propounding discovery. Maintaining a litigation calendar, and intake of new cases. Retrieving medical records/case related records. Client intake and scheduling. Preparing client settlement demands. Answering office phone lines. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (preferred). ABA approved Paralegal certificate is a plus. 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Proven litigation skills. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Excellent writing and grammar skills. Must have superior communication, proofreading, organizational, and computer skills. Must have familiarity of the California Rules of Civil Procedure and the CA Local Court Rules. Bilingual is a plus.
