Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years experience in Personal Injury law, on the plaintiff side, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This attorney will be handling his/her own caseload and will be handling all stages of litigation from case inception through trial and will be taking/defending depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions in state and federal court, attending hearings and preparing discovery responses. 3+ years experience Plaintiff Personal Injury Law experience preferred. Strong Litigation experience is a must. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills required. Tenacious Work Ethic required. Legal Research Skills required. Creative Strategy required. Management experience a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Strong interpersonal skills required. Understanding of strategic business relationships required. Diplomacy required. Time management skills required. Excellent Organization skills required. Aggressive drive and determination required. Strong negotiation and communication skills required. Ability to manage a demanding caseload required. Advanced investigative skills required. Effective leadership skills required. Thrive in a fast-paced environment required. License: Active member of the Florida State Bar required.
