Litigation Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience including drafting discovery documents, coordinating with expert witnesses, analyzing medical records and trial preparation. Should be highly proficient in MS Office and be able to manage the demands of a large caseload while working independently. Working knowledge of Lexis Advanced and/or Westlaw preferred.
