Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and filing applications, drafting amendments and responses, maintaining accurate databases and documentation regarding the status of applications, file maintenance, and client and foreign associate communications. Should be proficient in domestic and international patent and trademark laws, procedures, and databases, and have knowledge of foreign filing requirements. Must be able to work independently. Excellent writing and organizational skills as well as communication and computer skills.
