Associate Attorney The candidate will oversee an assigned caseload of pre-suit and litigation cases. Will oversee an assigned caseload of workers compensation cases (preferred). Coordinate settlements with adjusters and clients. Attend hearings,depositions and trails as needed for litigation cases. Draft legal documents as needed. Provide management for your assigned team (paralegal, case manager, and support staff). Must have Florida Bar License. 2-3 years personal injury experience is preferred. Workers compensation experience is a plus. Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities. Must be able to work in a team environment. Previous experience in a fast pace and high volume personal injury law office preferred. Bi-lingual English and Spanish is preferred.
