Associate Attorney - Construction Litigation The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in construction/NYS Labor Law defense and construction defect/property damage practice areas. Must have depositions and court experience. Any insurance coverage experience will also be considered. Should have JD degree required with excellent academic credentials. New York Bar Admission Required; excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential; strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients; proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic. Should preferably have NY Bar.
