Intellectual Property Staff Attorney The candidate will be expected to work on a broad range of trademark, copyright and internet-related matters; provide counseling to clients with respect to the clearance, protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights domestically and internationally; and to assist in the management of brand portfolios. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, good interpersonal skills, and a strong client-team focused work ethic. Must have 1 3 years experience in connection with domestic and international trademark searching, clearance and prosecution, and enforcement matters worldwide. Should also have experience with trademark licenses and related forms of agreements, such as manufacturing and distribution agreements. Experience with federal court trademark litigation is a plus.
