Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate s duties will include preparation and filing of petitions, visa applications and labor certification applications. Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple employees. Paralegal certification or degree from accredited college or university is preferred. Should have employment-based immigration experience and specific knowledge of PERM labor certifications. 3+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment required. Knowledge of PERM labor certification applications is required. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and document/case management systems. Outstanding case management and organizational skills are required. Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
