Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate will specialize in the defense of workers compensation claims, working directly with businesses as well as individuals. Handle all aspects of the defense of a claim including discovery, hearings, trial, depositions, document review, client interaction, petitions and resolution/settlement. Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of California. Must have 2+ years of experience. Proven past performance with demonstrated exceptional communication skills is required. Trial experience is preferred. Proven successful record in Workers Compensation cases is preferred.
