Experienced Litigation Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate will preparing summaries of discovery, depositions, and medical records; Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings; Acting as liaison among the parties, the court or others for scheduling and sharing information; Organizing and managing documents, including the creation of pleadings; Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requests; Assisting with trial prep, including the assembly of exhibits, etc.. Excellent organization skills; Attention to detail; Ability to follow directions and procedures; Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to prioritize workload and assignments. Must be detail oriented with strong communication and analytical skills while handling a large caseload. Candidate must have knowledge of court rules and procedures and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
