Real Estate/Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work in power of Attorney Contest, Voluntary and Involuntary Guardianship Proceedings. Divorce/Child Custody & Support Actions, Contempt Proceedings, Partition Suits, Quiet Title Actions. Foreclosure and Tax Deed Sales, Evictions Manage a large case load from case inception to post-trial. Prepare attorneys for hearings related to probate, real estate, and family law proceedings on a weekly basis. Independently prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Conduct legal research with little or no assistance. Maintain professional communication with clients on a regularly basis. Manage priorities and workflow. E-portal filing. Familiar with various county requirements Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required. Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, and other office staff in a professional manner are required. Ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary are required. Excellent grammatical and spelling skills are required. Great punctuality and attendance are required. Must 1-3 years of experience. Possess knowledge/experience are required.
