The San Francisco office of this mid-size firm is engaged primarily in litigation and general business, although the firm boasts a solid regulatory and administrative law practice and a respectable labor/employment practice. The firm has a strong pro bono commitment; associates receive full billable hour credit for approved pro bono work and, overall, pro bono comprises 3-5% of all work. The billable hour target is 1850 and salaries are approximately 20% below market.
Business & Finance Department Attorney The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in preparing, revising, negotiating and processing non-disclosure agreements for commercial, strategic and financial transactions, as well as vendor agreements, supply agreements, agency agreements and simple software licenses. Should be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
