Senior Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to attorney's practice that involves investigation, litigation, and trial of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Will communicate with clients and opposing law firms. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the investigation and litigation of client matter. Ensuring compliance with Court deadlines and filing requirements. Must have excellent people skills. Must have significant previous experience as a paralegal. 5 years of experience preferred. Ability to prioritize and multitask is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
