Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of experience to assist three lawyers with litigation. Tasks include interviewing witnesses, calculating and calendaring case deadlines, drafting discovery, scheduling depositions, summarizing deposition transcripts, ordering/subpoenaing records, preparing notebooks for hearings and trials, etc. Must have strong interpersonal skills and, most importantly, a positive outlook and attitude. Must take pride in work performed and have a sense of ownership over work and cases.
