Part-time Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1 year of legal experience. Must be able to handle contested domestic relations cases. Our current caseload includes divorce, dissolution, child custody, and post decree modification cases. Must be able to immediately take on a full case load of pending family law cases. Other duties include handling estate planning and probate cases.
