IP Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of experience specifically supporting patent prosecution activity. As previous experience with U.S. patents is required, 3+ years of patent or commercial litigation experience, including e-filing, is preferred; and experience with trademark, copyright filings, and foreign patents will be helpful. Must be analytical and detail oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong computer skills, specifically with MS Office applications and navigating the USPTO database. Experience with IPDAS, a document management system, and various databases will be very helpful.
