Attorney The candidate duties include: Writing pleadings and motions in complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal court. Handling discovery in complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal court. Attending hearings in civil litigation and immigration cases. Preparing Complex visa applications support letters and packages. The candidate must be admitted to the bar. (if not admitted, candidates that have taken the bar and are waiting for admission will also be considered if the they have outstanding academic credentials). Should have experience in civil, commercial litigation. (Will also take people without experience but outstanding academic credentials). Fluency in Spanish: preferred. Should have excellent analytical and writing skills. Law Review: preferred.
