Estate/ Probate/ Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate should have experience in estate planning, probate and bankruptcy. Must have ability to manage an active case load and be experienced in preparing estate planning documents as well as handle probate and bankruptcy cases from inception to closing. Will be in direct contact with clients and must know how to manage time. Preferably should have 2 years of Probate/ Bankruptcy experience. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Paralegal Certificate (Preferred). Spanish (Preferred).
