Paralegal - Medical Malpractice Defense The candidate will handle duties that include: Medical records acquisition, organization, summarization; Preparation of records and deposition subpoenas; Medical record abstracts; Medical record organization; Assist with other support/clerical functions when the need arises. A college degree; some graduate school desirable. Experience preparing medical record abstracts is required. Familiarity with electronic document systems is required. Worldox preferred. Must have familiarity with E-filing.
