Litigation Attorney The candidate will join Personal Injury / Insurance Defense firm. Will handle 1st party uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. Responsibilities: Appear/Argue in court; Prepare and draft legal documents; Advise clients on\ legal transactions; Negotiate settlements; Conduct and defend depositions; Conduct and defend EUO's; Review/summarize medical records; Handling 1st and 3rd party matters from inception to completion; Preparation for trial. Should have 2 - 3 years of hands-on litigation experience in the handling of claim matters from inception to completion. Must have familiarity with various legal documents.
