Immigration Paralegal The candidate' will have the opportunity to process H-1Bs, L s, TNs, PERMS, I-140s and adjustments of status applications; as well as projects as needed. Baccalaureate degree and certificate from well-accredited paralegal training program, preferred. Should have 3 years of business immigration experience; Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work-product to both attorneys and clients; Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
