Associate Attorney The candidate will handle Debt collection, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy. Practicing in the area of creditor's rights, debt collection, secured transactions, foreclosure and creditor bankruptcy. The practice is focused on South Florida but we have a decent caseload in other Florida counties that may require some travel for court hearings, depositions, etc. Should have 3+ years of relevant experience. Debt collection, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy experience preferable, especially on the creditor side.
