Commercial Litigation Attorney Should have experience in all aspects of complex litigation from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and conducting depositions and preparing for trials. Must be self-sufficient, proactive, ability to work independently and achieve results. Should have excellent writing, research and analytical skills. Must be managing a caseload, deadlines and court appearances. Manage client communication. Should be detail oriented with independent problem-solving skills. Have experience with hourly billing. Must be a Doctorate with NYS bar admission required. Should have 2 years of Legal experience and 2 years of Attorney.
