Senior Pre-Litigation/Motor Vehicle Collision Paralegal Responsibilities : The candidate will assist attorneys with their representation of personal injury clients. The job will encompass all aspects of representing victims of negligence, particularly motor vehicle collision cases. Requirements : The candidate should have the experience to handle auto/motorcycle/trucking collisions cases at every stage from intake up to litigation. Must possess at least 4+ years of relative experience. Must have mastered client intake, drafting demand letters, obtaining medicals, negotiating bill reductions, client call follow-up, and all manner of representing victims of motor vehicle collisions. A plus if experienced with a client-handling software program.
