Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join the PIP team. Will draft discovery responses, including: request for production, interrogatories and request for admissions. Will also draft pleadings such as: motion for extension of time, motion for protective order, etc. Monitor discovery/hearing deadline calendar. Ensure all discovery responses are timely filed and served to opposing counsel. Communicate with the client regarding execution of Jurat Pages. E-File/E-serve discovery responses and/or other pleadings. Must have 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal. PIP experience is preferred. Should be proficient in Excel, Word, Client Profiles (preferred), and Adobe.
