Junior Associate Attorney The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school. Licensed in California. 1 - 2 years of experience required. Excellent communication and follow-through skills. Excellent research, analytical, verbal, and writing skills. Experience handling all phases of litigation matters, including preparing pleadings/motions, making court appearances, drafting and responding to discovery, and taking depositions. Trial experience is a plus. Must be a team-player, motivated, organized, and possess a strong work ethic. Ability to mutli-task and work well under pressure.
