Litigation Paralegal - Person Injury The candidate prepare draft of pleadings, motions, discovery, and various legal correspondence;\ Conduct research to support legal proceedings; E-File documents in state and federal court; Maintain litigation calendar(s) and appropriate reminders; Act as a liason between clients/opposing counsel and the firm; Docket Management; and Perform other paralegal and administrative duties as assigned. Must have 7 to 10 years of experience handling personal injury litigation matters representing plaintiffs or defendants.
