Litigation Associate Attorney (Products Liability & Transportation) The candidate will work closely with Partners whose practice focuses on the defense of civil litigation matters with an emphasis on products liability and toxic tort handling all facets of litigation from inception through trial. Handling the preparation of pleadings, researching, drafting and opposing motions related to pleadings and discovery, appearing at court conferences, review/summarize discovery responses, preparation of discovery responses and objections and attending depositions.
The candidate should have 2-3 years of personal injury defense experience. Connecticut Federal and State bar admissions required. Admission(s) to Bars of surrounding states is a plus. Must have superior communication and organizational skills. Exceptional analytical and writing skills required. Excellent attention to detail. Strong academic and professional credentials.
