Attorney - First Party Property Damage The candidate will provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers as well as attend hearings, depositions, arbitration, and mediation. Should have a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience - First Party Property Damage experience is a plus. Should preferably have 2+ years of Attorneys experience. Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. Must have superb negotiation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and be team-oriented.
