Corporate Paralegal Duties: Formation of entities, preparing LLC Operating Agreements, preparation and maintenance of corporate minutes and annual reports, drafting correspondence on behalf of clients to the IRS, preparation of responses to Information Document Requests and maintenance of production logs and case binders. Qualifications: Experience with Worldox and CaseMap helpful. 5+ years of previous corporate paralegal experience required. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Strong project management skills to drive forward and successfully manage several corporate transactions simultaneously. Able to work with Associates and Partners to take a buy or sell transaction from start to finish, including document drafting, file management, and maintenance of project schedule. Excellent communication skills ability to write and communicate in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills ability to sort, index, and categorize information. Comfort with multi-tasking- ability to balance competing priorities and tasks. Attention to detail ability to focus on multiple and complex details. Exceptional proofreading skills ability to maintain document quality through multiple revisions.
