Plaintiff s Personal Injury Paralegal Candidate will be handling intakes, insurance claims, medical records, drafting documents, scheduling, litigation, and a significant amount of communication with clients, adjusters, medical professionals, and outside counsel. Should have 1+ years of relevant experience in Plaintiff s Personal Injury carrying a large caseload and being responsible for the case from open to close, rather than specializing in one area. Should enjoy working in a team environment with a heavy load of individual responsibility, be highly motivated and confident in their legal abilities, and be eager to talk with clients and walk them through their case. Should enjoy working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and consistently advancing law practice (which often means procedures change rapidly, and you need to keep up!). Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a personal injury firm in the paralegal role AND A 2-year degree OR a degree or certification as a paralegal. Dependable support team outside of the office that allows you to be at work consistently. Strong work ethic with very high standards for both quality and quantity of work. Emotionally mature and resistant to stress. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and proactive in organizing work and anticipating issues in advance. Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a technology-driven environment, including the use of computers, office productivity software, smart phones, general office equipment, and the ability to integrate these technologies. Needles case management software experience is a plus.
