Personal Injury / Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in personal injury cases. Should have substantial experience in handling personal injury cases through all stages, including pre-lit and through trial. Should preferably have excellent organizational skills, computer knowledge of software programs (i.e. WordPerfect, MS Office, ICCES, Westlaw Next, Lexis Nexis), and superior writing skills. Must be able to assume a diverse and large case load, be proficient in all aspects of complex personal injury cases and willingness to take on other Civil cases.
