Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Supporting attorneys and clients through litigation process; Identification and drafting of legal pleadings and motions; Preparation for court appearances, depositions and trials; Communication with court clerks, clients, witnesses, experts, etc. Reviewing of legal documents, memoranda, and other materials for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to court requirements; Tracking and recording billable hours. Should have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Must have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills.
