Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience and an active Colorado law license. Insurance Defense (especially Bodily Injury) experience is a must. Construction Defect experience is a plus. Bodily Injury experience a must. Must be able to confidently handle complex defense cases from start to finish with minimal or no supervision. Must have strong research and writing skills, have solid experience taking depositions, be comfortable appearing in court, and most importantly be able to professionally interact with clients, adversary counsel and claims adjusters on a regular basis.
