Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: initial breakdown and organization of files; all aspects of discovery; medical summaries and chronologies; witness and records log; and daily billing of time. Should have 3+ years of experience in defense. Must have BA degree and/or Certificate of Paralegal Studies from a 2 year program. Registered paralegal with the Florida Bar a plus. Knowledge of construction defect also a plus. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Word. Must possess excellent writing skills.
