Corporate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience representing (i) high growth companies (e.g., tech and life sciences companies) in formations, financings, day-to-day corporate matters and M&A transactions and (ii) venture capital funds in investment transactions. Candidates should also have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and should have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
