Personal Injury Case Management Support / Paralegal The candidate will manage following duties: Case Management Support: Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Ensure all medical bills are reconciled and paid. Client Management Support: Screen potential new clients for Senior Case Managers. Answer phones and field general questions and concerns for existing clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Keep clients informed with regular status updates. Administrative Support: Secure and organize all medical/billing records. Data entry in case management system. Filing and maintaining organized client hard files. Must have Bachelor's degree. Should have 3 years of legal experience. Must have legal, medical, and/or insurance background. Must be computer and internet savvy. Should have experience using MS Office Products (strong emphasis on Word and Excel). Previous work in legal, medical, or insurance office helpful.
