Litigation Attorney The candidate must have: 1-3 years of significant litigation experience; practiced in the Litigation department of a comparable law firm; project based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality; experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff; and a high level of academic achievement in law school. Should preferably have a solid background in complex commercial litigation, including for example, securities litigation, M&A litigation, and other complex disputes involving corporate clients. Experience litigating in both the state and federal courts of Massachusetts is a plus.
