First Party Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of experience preparing discovery responses, calculating damages, and answering interrogatories and requests to produce. Extensive experience with trial and mediation prep is required. Knowledge of federal and state statutes, rules, and procedures is required. Must have excellent organizational, communication, writing, and research skills. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is also required. First Party experience a plus.
