Litigation Paralegal The candidate' must have minimum of 3 years law firm or similar experience supporting a class action/products liability litigation practice. Additional essential functions of the position are: must possess a Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent work experience; Must have a minimum 3 years of litigation experience, class action and products liability experience preferred; Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills; Should have Strong proofreading, grammar and organizational skills. Should have knowledge of state and federal rules.
