Legal Secretary Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support. Prepare correspondence and legal documents under Attorney direction. Greet and assist clients or other visitors. Answer inbound telephone calls. Maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Oversee office procedures, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications: Notary Public. Some experience in Trusts and Estates as well as general small office management is a plus. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Word Perfect. Proficiency with Time Slips or other attorney time keeping program. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Professional and pleasant demeanor. Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm.
