Residential Real Estate Attorney The candidate requires tactfully negotiate real estate contracts, perform and review title exams, review and issue title policies, and conduct a Closing. Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Must show the ability to generate own book of business (with guidance from the firm). Must be able to effectively interact with clients and referral sources ranging from first time home buyers to large institutional investors and lenders. 1 year of experience preferred.
