Part Time - Associate Attorney The candidate will join law firm handling and specializing in civil business litigation and other civil litigation matters. Will prepare court filings, preparation of correspondence, discovery, pleadings to be filed on cases; Handling of case matters, including contact and communications with clients and making of Court appearances;-Assist in preparation of cases for Trial, Mediation and Arbitration. Prior legal-related experience preferred (1-3 years of legal experience preferred). Should preferably be recent law school graduate who has passed the California Bar Exam. Should have ability to speak Fluent English and proficient Chinese (Mandarin) preferred given client base.
