Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney Duties : Will draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Preparing discovery, respond to discovery requests, and prepare discovery meet and confer correspondence. Preparing for and attending hearings and depositions. The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience to join its diverse, modern, enthusiastic and supportive team. Must be license to practice law in California. A juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school. Experience representing clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation. Experience preparing pleadings/motions and making court appearances. Experience drafting and responding to discovery, including depositions. Must have legal research experience (Westlaw/Lexis). Must have outstanding attention to detail and high level of organizational skills. Exceptional writing skills. Strong professional communication skills. Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize work load. Ability to work independently and as a team.
