Immigration Attorney The candidate will work on a range of immigration cases from removal/deportation defense, appeals and motions to reconsider/reopen, federal court litigation, family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, waivers, asylum, and naturalization. Should have excellent writing and communication skills, and superb attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be admitted to practice law in any state, but preferably NY and/or NJ. Must have 3+ years of immigration experience. Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
