Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current. Prepare legal documents's uch as legal pleadings, motions, marital's ettlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases.'s hould be great negotiators and communicators,'s pecifically in's ituations when emotions and's tress are high. 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position.
