Business Litigation Attorney The candidate must be licensed in the State of Texas. Must have 2-5 years of experience. Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket is required. Should have experience in creditors rights and/or banking law. Must have strong research and persuasive writing skills. Must be Graduated from an accredited law school with superior academic performance (at least two of the following: Tier 1 law school, top 25% and/or journal). Must be authorized to work in the United States and licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
