Workers Compensation - Associate Attorney The candidate will respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. Good organizational skills. Multitasking skills. Must be able to prioritize. Adhere to company policies and procedure. Keep clients apprised as to case status; updates, etc., in accordance with client protocols and firm guidelines. Maintains updates and follows up communication via telephone and emails. Maintain working knowledge of practices and procedures. Federal and State Labor Standards and Regulations. Attendance of client functions. Prospective and current client educational seminars. Development of positive communication with support staff. Enter time accurately on a daily basis with appropriate description. Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned by direct report. The candidate must possess strong negotiating and litigation skills and ability to work independently. Must have experience in a fast paced environment, be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and extraordinary attention to detail. At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
