Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will primarily focus in assisting clients through court proceedings to reduce or eliminate debt or to move forward with bankruptcy proceedings. MLG represents both individuals and corporations. As a MLG bankruptcy attorney, that person may represent individual or corporate debtors, individual or corporate creditors, creditors committees, and bankruptcy trustees. Must have an intimate knowledge of the complexities of bankruptcy laws, strong skill in both litigation and transactional skill for Chapters 7, 11 and 13. The chosen candidate will need to be licensed in Minnesota with a minimum of 2 years of law practice in the area of bankruptcy.
